Had this shop replace my phone screen 5days later the screen came away from the phone with a glue like material falling out then I pulled my phone out my pocket the screen was broken and flickering on and of so I took it back to the shop I was then told nothing can be done and I should pay another PS70 to fix well I refused to pay as the screen was faulty I have proof as you can see in photos then I was asked to leave so I went along the street payed another phone shop to repair my phone the other shop advised me that the broken screen was not fitted correctly so I have my phone fixed I paid the other shop PS50 so to say I paid more at fone unlocker there are cheaper shops across the street that do a better service at a cheaper rate , fone unlocker are rip of merchants and refuse to fix there faulty stuff they have very poor customer service aswell rude staff please stay away from this shop my opinion.

Genuinley surprised with this place. So quick to respond to initial messages on Facebook with quote. So friendly to deal with and new phone returned within a day despite the screen I was after being available nowhere on the Internet. Fully assured that the screen was a genuine part and diagnostic software on phone tells me its the original quality. FANTASTIC and so refreshing for a company in this industry. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Phone charger kept falling out of my wee phone. I could see fluff and stuff which was obviously pushing the cable out. Left the phone with the team, slightly worried, having been told that something had been spotted. Left the phone with them for half an hour. I returned and was handed a fully cleaned up phone (including the screen that I had no issue with)
