Asked for a ipad 2020 charger. He didn’t have a clue if it’s was 7th 8th or 10th gen. Gave the wrong charger. Went home gave it to my daughter. She opened the the box n it was 7th gen the old charger. Came back to shop to change it. ‘Box damaged they cant change’
even though i asked for for the correct charger and they gave me the wrong charger.
If you ever buy a product from this store asked them to give a trial on how to open a box. Because if you dont open in certain way then if the product is incorrect or damaged then you are in fault.
After sale service well no service at all. They got ur money n they gave you incorrect product it’s your fault.

After purchasing a Kingstone 128kb mico SD card and was charged PS44.99 I found the same one the Internet for PS8.99 reduced to PS6.39. When I went back and asked why I was charged so much, the salesperson just shrugged his shoulders. I also witnessed another customer who called into the shop to say his phone wasn’t charging. The salesperson told him it would be PS35 and to come back in half an hour. When the customer left, the salesperson simply put a pin into the charging point and then blew some dust out.

I purchased a phone from these con artists and I’ve been ripped off!! Took it straight back after it didn’t work and they didn’t want to know. I’d got an engineers report saying the screen, battery and the microphone were all inadequate for the device!
They were very rude and dismissive and I couldn’t be more angry about this experience. I would strongly advise not using this company and I hope they close down soon. I could go on and on about how bad this place is!
