After losing all my photos of my daughters first year and my recent wedding, I was distraught and was told by other phone shops that there was no hope and would be super expensive for a replacement screen. I then went to Fone World and was greeted by Dhaani who was super polite, understood the sentiment behind my memories and got started with a solution, which I was happy with. He updated me throughout the whole process of the data transfer and as always, very helpful and efficient. Will definitely recommend!
My battery in phone blew up and caused the back to pop off! These guys gave the highest quality of service. Ordered the parts in quickly and I had it back within a couple of days! Phone is back and working perfectly again. No tassels or dramas. Very honest and very fair priced! I’ll definitely come back with my kids phones when they break there’s! I recommend these guys for any faults. The technician has more than 7 years experience and is really savvy and knows his stuff!
very very grateful to Dani and Ali for helping me with my phone that wouldn’t turn on. They worked on it for a few days to see if there was any life in it. When it still wouldn’t turn on they helped me buy a new phone that’s working as expected!! They helped me reset my iCloud password in store as well and were very helpful and patient. I was very stressed with this whole ordeal but they were trustworthy and made the process a lot easier and smoother.
