Please avoid to save yourself time, money and alot of stress!

Terrible experience. Needed my back glass replaced, quoted PS70 and 1hr timeframe via email.

When I arrived they asked for 2.5hrs to replace back glass, not ideal but I agreed. Got a call after 45 mins of them having the phone to say they broke the replacement glass and needed to get more stock, could I wait another 2 hours. I said no and that I’d come and collect my phone. Then miraculously they were still able to fix within the original timeframe and to return at agreed time. So clearly a lie. Returned at agreed time to find out they needed yet more time. Sat in store another 30 mins. Finally got my phone back, paid and left.

Upon arriving home I realised I was unable to use my speakerphone. Facetime – no-one could hear me. Phone calls on speaker – no-one could hear me. Try to record voice notes – no-one could hear me.
Straight back to the shop, apparently this isn’t an issue they could have caused even though prior to arriving at the shop there was no issue with my phone. They asked for 10-15 mins to sort. Another whole hour later they had fixed it and said there was damage to the charge port and I’m guessing a microphone in the same area which had caused the issue of not being able to speak to anyone via the phone. They then proceeded to try and charge me for the part that they had clearly damaged!!!! I have since read of other people having sound issues after taking their phone here.

As if this wasn’t enough, I’ve attached photos to show that the back glass isn’t even fitted properly and isn’t flush to the phone. I also have scratches around the outside of my phone where they’ve clearly scratched it whilst removing original broken glass.

PS70 later, lies upon lies regarding timeframes, a broken charge port and microphone, a wasted Saturday, new scratches and a not flush back glass replacement. Not to mention the fuel going back into Reading and more parking costs. All in all, save yourself a nightmare. Don’t go here!

I bought a new phone, case and got a discount, which is always good))
The case is not perfect, the buttons are in different places, I agreed on it as it was the only one. Maybe I’ll manage. I am glad I got a year warranty on the phone – I know where to come back if there’s a problem. I hope there’ll be none))

My phone kept going blank so I took it thinking I needed a new one. K took a look and said he could fix it. It took him an hour but he fixed it!!! He could have sold me a new phone but instead he took his time – legend!!! This place is great!
