Great service, got a charger and lots of filming gadgets for a very good price – as in much cheaper than Amazon with the same of not better quality. Also replaced my headphones with another original pair with the mic for a great price. Will definitely go back when I need phone accessories rather than getting them on Amazon now I’ve seen the price difference.

I went into get a battery change on a I phone 7. I got charged PS20 to change the battery which I bought brand new from e bay. The first thing I got said to me was there is no guarantee with them battery’s. He told me to come back in half an hour and he said he had changed the battery. The battery fully charged is going flat in no time so I am worse off that I was with original battery. I have spoke to another shop and they have said they will give me a battery and fit it for PS20 which is good. This shop seems expensive for a battery change.

Bad service. Unnecessarily replaced screen, which was not the cause of my phone not switching on. paid 70 pounds for it. Took money first to order the screen, back and forth 4 times till it was replaced. Another trip to ensure he sent an email receipt with a warranty. Screen cracked with minor fall of phone from chair. Problem of not switching and looping continued . Took it again to another branch, they asked for 45 pounds to fix software problem. One of their other branches again told me it’s a screen problem. OVER ALL IT FELT LIKE ASCAM.
