Despite the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ensuring goods should be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, Fone World has refused to give me a refund or replace the screen. Instead, they demanded an additional PS150. They also lied about the original price, initially claiming it was over PS300, then PS270, before finally stating they could do it for PS250. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service and dishonesty.
My screen protector bought the 5 of December 2023 was broken down only 3 weeks after buying it. Flee away
PS14:99 for one screen protector while the box was having two they took off one pretexting that it was PS14.99 for one only and not for the box.
The phone felt on the floor the 26 of December.
Phone unbroken but the screen protector was only good for the dustbin./recycling one of course.
So not a good purchase.
