The member of staff I dealt with was kind and helpful. I needed a new screen protector after being given the wrong one at another phone shop in Banbury. The staff member at Witney didn’t have exactly the right size, so fitted the smaller one for no charge. He advised me to order the protector that I needed online, which I did. I returned to Fone World in Witney to the same member of staff to ask if he would fit the new protector. He did so, free of charge. Very impressed by the kindness and service that I received. I would recommend this shop highly. The staff members are very professional and helpful.
Excellent all round. Went over and above to make sure that we both had phones we could easily use. Kept my old phone and managed to resurrect it and transfer all my data and photos across. Very grateful not to have lost those memories. Also took time to set up the font to the right size for ys and gave us a tutorial on how to use our phones. Would absolutely recommend!
