Terrible. Worst phone shop in Worthing, gone here twice… I was quoted an EXTORTIONATE price for fixing and iPhone battery, they told me PS160 and then I went to the different shops, another quoted PS80 (this was for a friends daughter phone who is 14) and then finally itech who quoted PS35 and PS15 extra for any accessories to prevent this again in the future.

I came here another time for a phone charger…they asked me if I wanted authentic or fake and I said authentic apple charger, they knew my phone type and gave me the completely wrong one so two weeks later my phone stops charging on the day I had an appointment.

Uneducated and just wants to take as much money as possible.

Great service and expertise from the young man in this shop. Very helpful with my mobile phone which received an accidental dunking in water. He managed to save all my data and offered great advice. Would definitely recommend this shop and repair service. He was also extremely thoughtful and helpful with other customers that came into the shop!!

Great service by Sawan this morning. We were recommended by EE to this shop who helped us with data transfer from my old phone to new one. Took nearly an hour which was quick considering how much stuffs there were in my phone. Highly recommended! Got a cheeky 15% off for a case as well
