I cannot rate this shop enough . After a disappointing experience buying my new iPhone at the O2 shop in Keighley . Sajjad put my mind at rest, and tried to retrieve my notes from my broken Samsung. He did all that was possible and wasn’t even going to charge me for the lone of his own phone for a few days .

I’ve always had great service and assistance at this store. Called in today with a slight problem of my own making, and manager fixed it for me for free as it only took a minute for him to do. I will be buying my next device from them as its always good value and reliable.
Took phone in for screen replacement,it turned out to be damp inside not screen.They fixed the phone for 1/3 the originally quoted price;they could have charged me for the screen & I’d have been no wiser.Pleasant,honest & efficient:highly recommend
