I took my laptop to be fixed and it was there about a month,
I was told it was able to be fix for PS400
Then I got told that it will be ready the Saturday after I took it in then I called on the Saturday then they said will be ready on Tuesday which it was not then called them on the Tuesday then they said to me definitely Saturday. Saturday rolls around then I call them then they say Wednesday then called on Wednesday and still not done, finally I was promised by the end of the week. After that phone call My girlfriend went into their store and was told the laptop was fixed but needed to be bought back to the store when the guy that did it wasn’t sick anymore. I get a phone call on the Saturday saying they can’t fix it and can be collected at anytime but the part that is broken has liquid on it even though they had opened it to find out what part needed to be fixed they didn’t see no liquid which I also had currys look at my laptop and they didn’t even mention liquid they just gave me a quote.
So they lied to me a few time and I can’t trust them they probably spilt the liquid in the first place. To add to this I took my laptop to another computer service centre and they told me the previous people that opened my laptop had put flux everywhere and stole screws from different parts inside my laptop, I will be finding out wether I can take legal action.

Had my screen replaced by this shop a few weeks ago and it’s not been right ever since. I can’t text without it typing letters I’ve not pressed and can’t hold the camera down to video anything!! I took it back to the shop this morning to which I was told it was perfectly fine and if it happens again screen record it and bring it back, so I did. Half hour later I was told that they can’t help me without proof that I got it fixed there. I wasn’t even given a receipt!!! (PS70) and made me buy a screen protector (PS10) so it wasn’t cheap!!! The Phone is worse now than when I took it in!! I didn’t ask them to replace it I just wanted them to have a quick look at the problem!! Rude and unhelpful!!!!
There’s plenty of other phone shops in the area I would not use this one again.

Awful service. Took a Samsung in to have a new screen fitted. Wasn’t till they “completed” the job and charged me PS150 for the pleasure that I found out from them that the reason my phone doesn’t work as it should is because Samsung phones won’t work properly when the screen is replaced without checking the model first and then by an approved Samsung technician. Why on earth this shop didn’t check prior to me leaving (screen was partly smashed – still in use so my phone could be used/checked) and why they didn’t say that they can put a screen on it sure, but it won’t fit properly and you won’t be able to use your phone as before is beyond me. Just took my money and shrugged their shoulders when I went back. FRAUDULENT THIEVES. Do not recommend at all. STAY CLEAR!
