I had a problem with my phone screen and paid $299 plus an extremely expensive $49 of a card surcharge to repair the issue. When I got my phone back, there was an issue with my back camera. This wasn’t an issue when I took it to the shop. The new screen is also blocking my front camera. I went back to the shop the next day with the camera issue and was told I would need the camera replaced even though it was damaged during your repair. I told the lady in the shop I was unhappy about this. She told me she would ring me back. 2.5 weeks on i have not received a call.

In the meantime, I fixed the issue myself with the back canera, which would have been very expensive to replace when it didn’t need to be. My front camera is still blurry.

I’m extremely unhappy about the service and how poor the repair of my phone was.

As a repeat customer of this store, over the last 6 years, it’s never failed to impress. It’s been here for a long time – for chapel street traders these days..
Between various family members, we’ve had a new screen protectors we’ve had new cases and the customer service always been 5 Stars.
As a long-term Stonnington community member, I recommend this store just across the way and down a little from Coles on Chapel.

Ps. I didn’t get the fellows name today, he was very helpful, but in the past we’ve been served by a beautiful young man by the name of Sam and he was always incredibly helpful, never tried to upsell us anything that we didn’t actually need- which is really appreciated and it’s why I keep coming back.

Not a huge fan of their leave 5 star review to get half price off your screen scheme. No problems with them myself but take all the 5 star reviews with a piece of salt.
