On vacation, iPhone 12 new screen required, 140 quid, 10 days later, no Wi-Fi or blue tooth. Screen keeps asking for genuine apple screen and not to let substandard people repair it !

All they ask for is to unlock your phone and extract all your personal data !

Staff are unqualified, way below tech knowledge, old and out of touch ! Asked for money back refused, i have reported this business to the Newark trading standards

They also have another shop in Lincoln, with unqualified staff

Visited today to see about a phone repair.
Wanting to charging PS120 I was quoted for a PS200 phone. Which I can buy refurbished for PS140.
Upon leaving your store I Googled your website, looked at the repair online and it states PS99. Extra chargers if a strip etc was needed (if I clicked on it would be more etc) Well none of this is needed as its just a broken screen.

So can I ask why you was trying to charge me PS21 extra in store? Thankfully I left and went around the corner and got it fixed for PS60 and was given a phone screen protector for half price.

Bad experience I took 2 phones in paid for them to try and sort the screens out was told it wasn’t possible. Ok no problem there asked them to keep them until I could collect them as I was working out of the country after numerous calls and telling them I would pick them up upon returning. When I got back I was handed a bag of bits of probably one phone with the precious metal gone obviously. Poor service and lucky I couldn’t be bothered to seek legal advice. Don’t use them for anything more than a screen protector
