DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED HERE! Please avoid phone repairs at this place at all costs! I went in for a simple screen replacement on an iPhone 7 that I’d had for less than a year. The phone was working fine apart from the fact that the screen was cracked. Following the screen replacement, the new screen was slow and it lagged, and eventually became unresponsive. After going back and forth into phone doctor and multiple screen replacements they said it could be my camera as my screen was also going black and I couldn’t use my phone. They replaced my camera too and later admitted that wasn’t the fault as my screen was still going black. They sent it off to be looked into and had my phone for 4 MONTHS!! They told me they were waiting on a part from China and wouldn’t return it! Eventually they admitted that my phone was broken and had to be replaced as it was damaged and wouldn’t even turn on anymore. I was shocked and absolutely livid considering that the only problem was the screen. They gave me an old Refurbished iPhone as a replacement for my iPhone 7 that they had damaged and it’s value wasn’t anywhere near what my iPhones was! I requested my iPhone back and they were reluctant. When I received it, my phone was scrap metal and they’d put a shattered screen on it (when it was sent off the screen wasn’t cracked)! Ironic! When I complained the manager was rude and couldn’t care less and their floor staff stated they themselves believe the company was a joke! Please save yourself the hassle and money by going elsewhere! This company is a con!

Paid 60PS for iPhone 5s screen replacement – by the time it was changed and I had got back to the car it wasn’t working – returned it three days later due to work and was told they’d fit another screen but with no warranty or would have to send it off to Lincoln for a second opinion. On whether two barely visible scratches would void the warranty despite being told of the fault within ten minutes of leaving the store – was told store manager was an area manager and no one else could be spoken to- settled on fitting a second hand screen to keep the phone working whilst screen second opinion was garnered from a service centre in Lincoln – NOT Happy poor service extortionate badly carried out repairs!!! Reckons the second hand screen fitted was a genuine apple one and though not supposed to tell us suggested if there was no issues we would be better keeping it than returning for one of their OEM SCREENS speaks volumes- typical screen quality must be “sh17”

BUYER BEWARE would sooner recommend the guy near crawshaws at the ground floor entrance to the frenchgate instead – won’t be re attending done doctor only useable for botched operations!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Be careful folks this place is nothing short of a rip off cowboy outfit. Took an iphone6 in for screen replacement. The screen worked but was broken. Put a new screen on and a protector. This was yesterday 8/12/18 in the afternoon. Using the phone found it wasn’t working as expected. Thought it might be the protector so took it off. Still not working. Took the phone back today less than 24 hours after it was supposedly fixed. Refused to do anything as they said the screen had been scratched a little. Why on earth a tiny scratch would cause the issues is beyond me. Totally refused to do anything at all about it. Absolute rip off merchant cowboys.
