My partner took her iPhone 7 in for a screen replacement, phone worked ok initially then wouldn’t respond to finger touch on the screen. Took the phone back to which the shop changed the screen again (free of charge) still no joy with screen failing to respond to finger touch, took phone back once more and told there must be further damage to the phone they won’t know until they do more work and replace parts to which this would cost my partner. After debating having more work done we have persevered with the phone as we had lost faith in the shop eventually the phone has just stopped all together so we decided enough was enough a trip to apple, once at apple and the phone was examined we were informed you have had this screen changed without us saying so, he informed us the home button was loose and the screen was working behind but not to the front of the LCD after a two hour wait and a PS129 bill we now have a perfect working iPhone. Would not recommend this company to touch your phone.

Went into the shop to get my iPhone battery replaced for them to tell me my charger port was also broken, they then fixed these issues and told me that my speaker was also broken, and my phone was restarting because of this, I then left it with them for them to fix, I then went to collect my phone and it was still broken and they then told me my phones mother board is broken. They had my phone for 2 days and made it worse, the woman also tried to get me to buy another iPhone without the face recognition working which I declined. I am now out of pocket as they told me no refunds are given. I would avoid this place like the plague.

cannot thank this place enough for there service yesterday ! I got my phone picked up and dropped off the same day to get a new screen fitted and they have literally given me a new phone transformation after the back off my phone was basically dissapered from previously getting it fixed they put a new back on for me and a front. My phone was black and i got it back rose gold looks like a full brand new phone couldn’t be any more happier with it and the man who collected it was very kind happy and helpful thank you so much for your work recommend to everyone
