Bought a Samsung J7 dual SIM which failed after 6 months. Tried to charge PS60 for a. Software repair as there’s no UK warranty on this Samsung dual SIM phone unless you post to India. Not told at time of purchase. Paid PS40 after haggling for repair.
Then replaced with Samsung J6 dual SIM as I needed VOLTE for Three coverage in my house. I explained this and was assured it had VOLTE. It doesn’t on the UAE version they sold to me and they couldn’t reflash. Also same warranty issues when I spoke to Samsung. I went back 5 times and called many times and came to the conclusion they are bringing in Gray import with no UK warranty and will tell you anything to get your money. AVOID! I have wasted over PS400 with these clowns, be warned.

Beaware. Deliveries go missing here. Ordered a package to be delivered which was signed by shop staff. They always sign with the same name and signature regardless who collects a package. Also they are not bothered to check cameras who has collected the package. What a convenient way to steal your package if there is a chance!

Would give zero stars if I could. Poor quality screen protector broke within seconds. When trying to return or exchange the next day, I got rudely lectured by the phone man on how I was the one at fault for trying to return a faulty product. Very patronising and condescending. Avoid at all costs.
