Had problems with my phone so went to Go Mobile as it was urgent. They told me the problem was my provider, Tesco and switched me to a 2 year contract with EE and sold me a new phone. I was disgusted with the way Calum spoke to the people at Tesco, insulting them online using my name! Turned out the problem was with my phone memory not my provider and the phone they sold me was equally insufficient. Signal with EE was bad throughout my contract. Had to pay to get out of contract with Tesco which Go Mobile said they’d cover but didn’t. I’m now back with Tesco and have a great phone which Tesco at Pool recommended but didn’t have in stock so referred me to Argos. That’s good customer service! Don’t go to Go Mobile!

My husband Russ Fletcher and I have been using Go Mobile for nearly 20 years. Their customer care and after service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. I would never go anywhere else for anything Mobile related and so pleased that they are now doing repairs as well.
