DO NOT come here to get your phone screen replaced. They use cheap unofficial screens yet they still charge PS100. I got my iPhone 11 screen fixed and less than a week later I pulled the phone out to find that it had smashed in my pocket. There was nothing else in my pocket, so how fragile must those screens be to smash so easily – WITH a case and screen protector may I add. If there is a problem with your phone, I urge you to take it to Talk Easy. They are honest, cheaper and much friendlier. They were closed when I urgently needed my phone fixed, so jokes on me unfortunately. It annoys me to think about how much money they have scammed out of people with this service. Also the woman who runs the store is one of the rudest people I have ever met in Harpenden – which is quite a bold claim. I can’t speak for the rest of their services but if you need any repairs done to your phone then Talk Easy is where you should go. Or if they are shut then go outside of Harpenden. I hope I have saved at least 1 person a hefty bill.
Excellent service, they really went above & beyond to get me the right phone. They even lent me a temporary mobile whilst my new phone was waiting to be delivered to their shop. They helped me with the entire process of migrating from my old to new phone. Very happy with the package & price.
Highly recommended, will definitely be using their service again in future and telling my family & friends about them. Such lovely, friendly people as well who really care about their customers, it’s really refreshing ! 🙂
The staff here are super-helpful, and very patient, especially with those who are older and not very tech savvy. They’re also good advising people from overseas who need local SIM cards and helped us get the best deal. Best of all they set it all up and wouldn’t let us walk up the door until they were sure everything was up and running. Totally recommend. Thanks so much for all your help.
