I would have given them a 0 if that was possible. Visited the shop 21/08/24 and there was a very bad sewage smell inside. The staff looked like he had just woken up and didn’t understand anything that I asked. Then when I enquired about an offer online I was given a stupid price of over PS250 where on their website they stated PS39. A total bunch of con men and cowboys. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE as they will only rip you off and not do or give you the service that your require.
I gave them by iphone to replace battery and back and when it came back, the phone was malfunctioning. I bought it back 4 times and every time the problems were not fixed with long waits and bad communication. I gave up in the end and now my phone that I paid for to be fixed wont even turn on. Awful experience and will never go back. The shop also smells like someone has died to add insult to injury while you wait for them to break your phone and pay for the privilege.
About two weeks ago I happen to apply for an iPhone 15 on this website they ask for all the requirements and I provide everything, it absolutely sad that the asked to put money up front and they told device would be delivered on Wednesday and up to now am still waiting g for the phone it’s so embarrassing I can’t believe it, anyway my communication is that you buy devices here at you own risk. It’s not always about the money but the integrity that grows the business
