Do your self a favour and only use this shop for all your phone needs, exceptional service!! Both Haydn and Joe bring humour, wit, and excellent knowledge to their service. I cannot recommend them both enough. There is no other shop in the area I would use. From phone screens and deals, to data transfer queries, they help with it all. I found their help and support above and beyond. They welcome each and every customer, ensure they are comfortable and listen to every query. Between them they are running a fantastic shop. No matter the service required, use these guys. Do not use any other shop, they are fantastic!
We visited your Ripon branch yesterday, it was our second visit in two months for different reasons, the first visit we purchased a phone and on the second we had a problem which was solved efficiently and quickly. The two staff at the store, the same on each visit, were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them and your store highly enough.
Went in there this morning to help with the transfer of information from an old phone to a new one. I am pretty clueless with phones and had spent far too much time trying to do it. They were great, as always, was all done and off I went. Have bought phones from them but even with small problems they are helpful and efficient. Thank you.
