Had a very perplexing issue with a relatively unused phone. Tom and the team are knowledgeable, customer focused, and not out to rip people off. They did everything possible to get my phone working again- at no extra cost to the original repair cost- which was more than reasonable in the first instance! I’ll only ever use these guys for future repairs and would highly recommend them to the residents of Rugeley and local areas. Thanks again
My charger port broke last night. I phoned the Rugeley branch first thing and they were very kind, informative and eager to help. The phone was fixed by lunchtime the same day and they were able to do so for a very reasonable price, which was amazing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area. They were great all round, for customer service, skill, trustworthiness and price. I appreciated their service very much.
