Do NOT go to the Apple store with your product woes, in this shop they actually care about helping you out with the problems specific to you. This involves listening to the customer and running an actual diagnostic… not just fleecing you with a smile and unsympathetic manner.

Because I’m a bit of a liability techwise, I’ve been to quite a few tech repair shops across the UK and had some pretty shoddy results, especially in big cities, even being met with denial and threats when I complain they have ruined my tech. This is the first shop I’ve came across where the team has an actual interest in what’s going on and adapting to a growing cynical world tech. Previous experiences put me off going to an independent shop and i normally went to manufacturers, but with a prompt and friendly service I’d travel some distance for this help.

Went to FoneJackerNI on Station Road recently with a phone that had been water damaged. The girl on reception was bubbly, and really pleasant – 4 customers in the shop at the one time, and she just took them as they come…. giving everyone her time and attention, no sweat. When the guy came out from the back, his knowledge of phones was unreal, everything explained in detail, costs, expected time to have it fixed, the issue with the phone etc. . . Will say this, having “experienced” using another phone fixing shop in the town, I would definitely recommend FoneJackerNI on Station Road, 110% every time.
