Bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max from this company. The charging port stopped working after a week. When I attempted to get a refund as per the 30 day return policy / 1 year warranty, they told me I had water damaged it.

I wouldn’t be angry if I genuinely had damaged the device however the phone was no where near any water in my possession. Even if it was, iPhones are supposedly water resistant.

Basically I am under the impression that the phone was never properly refurbished, with a broken charging port and now I am left with a broken phone.

Shady company and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Went in yesterday to see if I can get my screen fixed and my case on my xr and I was told it’ll be around PS165 to fix I look at the ticket and it says estimated price PS755 if that’s the price I have to pay for two thinks then I won’t bother coming back today as I see that as being scamy but if it ain’t the price I have to pay then I’ll happily pay what I heard as PS165

Friendly guy in there. Was honest and transparent about the risks/limitations of the repair before getting the work complete. Very quick repair time considering no one stocks the Google pixel screens and has to order in.
