I reached out to FoneXtras over Facebook messenger to enquire about getting an iPad screen repaired/replaced after it was smashed. I received a reply within minutes and got the iPad booked in for the following day. Dropped the iPad off on Saturday and was advised it would be ready on Wednesday. Received a text to say the iPad was ready early, on Tuesday, and popped back in to collect. From the moment I reached out on Facebook to having the iPad back in my hand, the customer service, support and advise from all the members of staff I spoke to was incredible. The staff couldn’t of been friendlier, and went above and beyond at every opportunity; keeping me updated on progress, applying a brand new screen protector for me, and even having the iPad charged up for me upon collection. Fully recommend the team and will 100% be back if I ever have any issue with any of my devices!

Presented my immaculate but water damaged phone to the guy, he told me i would need a new screen, then promptly dropped my phone on the floor. and it wasn’t in its protective case. Who knows what damage this guy did but now I have to fix the phone myself, can’t trust a guy that drops your phone on the floor, no way!.

Edit: the phone was bone dry on the outside, and the guy in the shop I went before your shop didn’t have a problem holding it either, and neither did I.

Quick visit whilst in the area with family. Great shop!
Mikey was super friendly and knew his stuff, answered all my dumb blonde questions about ipads (I know absolutely nothing apple) he really took his time with us and made sure we were happy, didn’t push products just for a commission boost.
My niece left a happy little chicken with a new fun case.
Definitely recommend, will go back if I’m in the area again
