I had exactly the same issue as another customer on here with a Samsung S23 Ultra. When purchasing the first protector I ensured to ask that it would be OK with curved edges and told yes. It was bubbling straight away so asked for it to be redone. Guy tried to say the case was effecting it, which it wasn’t, but he said any more bubbles should go soon as glue had to set.
It got worse overnight and I tried to smooth a bubble out and the protector cracked. Took it back the next day and same guy offered to replace it. Again, bubbles came back almost straight away – this time I’d even left it without the case to prove a point. Went back a couple of days later but main store was shut – called at their kiosk and as the other customer was told – not company policy to refund. The girl smoothed out the bubbles, which as expected came back. I was told “well it’s still protecting your phone!” what a joke. Who wants to spend a fortune on a phone to have it ruined by poor products and fitting. Totally recommend not using these guys, will shop around for someone who knows what they’re doing.

Bought a screen protector for my S23ultra which was fitted in store. Within 24 hours bubbles were appearing under the middle of the screen so I went back 2 days later and it was replaced and fitted again by a staff member. Initially appeared fine but by the next day the protector was lifting again in exactly the same place – in the middle of the screen. If it was at the edges (curved screen) okay but this was mid point of the flat part of the screen. Went back to ask for money back as not fit for purpose but “not company policy to refund” so I have another protector to try to fit myself. I believed we had consumer protection for faulty products but apparently company policy supercedes any legal protection we might have. Wouldn’t deal with this company again as I have no trust in them or their merchandise.

Couple of months ago I smashed my phone screen so took to the shop to get fixed and didn’t have issues, then after about 5 weeks the screen started to go grey and faint. Took it in last week and they repaired it again under warranty. Phone screen went funny again after only a week so took it back in to be told it was my fault even though the was no damage to the screen or phone. Paid for a new screen again as they lowered the price as a gesture of goodwill however now the screen sensitivity has completely gone, keeps greying out if I pick my phone up at an angle and don’t have it lying flat and won’t let me press any buttons half the time, this was never an issue before until now
