Excellent company to deal with, wife broke the screen on her Samsung A10. This was first time we have had to deal with a broken screen, perhaps we have been very lucky. Happened about 12.00 noon, phoned Formby Fones, first local company I found, they ordered a new screen. Phoned us next day, about 12.00 noon to say screen had arrive, delivered phone, replacement completed within the hour. Really pleased I found this business as they provided a new iPhone battery and screen and for less than half the price of Apple. Andy was really good. Phoned me immediately the batteries were in. Left the phone at 1pm, collected it at 3pm and it’s as good as new. Great service. Will certainly go back to Andy again for any computer issues and needs.
