Would highly recommend Mark, managed to identify what was wrong with my laptop just from looking at it, ordered the parts needed straight away and let me know as soon as they arrived; which wasn’t long at all. Booked in a time slot to actually repair the laptop and managed to get it back to me within only a couple of hours. Kept great communication throughout and at a fair price. Thank you! Will definitely be back if I ever have any other problems!
Mark has done a fantastic job! Turned what I thought was a laptop, fit for the bin, into a far better laptop than the one we bought to replace it. Called him in the morning, came round, assessed the problem, took it home and repaired it with 5 hrs! Wow. I will not be going anywhere else if I have any issues. Thanks Mark.
