Every time I have a problem with my iphone, ipad or imac I run to thes people to get the problem solved. They are very patient and kind while they troubleshoot the issue. Herr Pape and I often end up chatting about life and showbiz and scubadiving. I am always offered coffee or water. All of the workers are friendly and insighful and make your experience very comfortable and fun, as they walk you through every step of the issue. I have always been an Apple fan but FundK Apple Premiuim made me more of a fan. A few years ago they made renovations to the shop and now it looks amazing.
I’m abroad to work at EMO and just broke the two pins of my charger.
I went to official Apple Store and explain my situation. I had to ear “We can’t sell you spare part, you have to take an appointment” blablabla. Fu…k this service. I just bought a 4000 macbook pro 2 weeks ago.
My 2nd choice was FundK couple of streets further.
Were I get a spare one with 2min. Forget offical Strore and go directly to Fundk premium Seller.
