Bunch of jokers. If you need to get anything fixed DO NOT bring it here, they will mess you around and give false promises about people coming to ‘have a look’. Took my MacBook there it was in for two weeks and they did absolutely nothing to it. Guy who I was in communication with also blamed his own mental health on the delay. Totally unprofessional and a total disaster of a business. Should be closed down.
So helpful – took the time to go through my laptop with me, made phone calls for advice where they were unsure of an answer, and gave me really helpful tips on how to fix the problem myself at home. Friendly, honest, laid back and approachable, thanks again!
Made enquiries regarding a replacement screen and faulty port on my Samsung Galaxy. The advice & service to sort out my faults was excellent. Really great customer service. Highly recommend!!
