First time customer also first-time purchased second hand phone.
Had same issue for few times with purchased phone. But they investigate every possible issues, tests, then even farther research then got me other choice of device with refund of difference of price.
I am hopeless with technology but these guys are so patient, professional, respectful, friendly, understanding and GENEROUS.
I spent quite sometime there to get my phone fixed. Probably met all staff there. When the manager dealt me, I know why everyone there are so nice!

Excellent customer service, I was a walk in with a phone that was purchased elsewhere and had shut down and was no longer turning on. I had been to another shop for help but was told all photos videos etc would be lost. So came here for a second opinion. Thank goodness !! Manda had a look at the problem, said she could recover all the data and had a solution for the phone not working, replaced with a new battery and that was that. Super efficient and friendly no mucking around. Manda also checked in via text after I got my phone back to see if everything was working and if I had any questions. It’s those little things that make a business a great business. Return customer 100% thanks guys
