During the heart of the pandemic Rod was able to fix my issue within 24 hours. I called him, he said he would take a look…i dropped the laptop off after work at his home late that night, the next morning he told me the issue and his suggestions. I picked the laptop up after work.

Took my laptop for a routine fan clean and thermal paste touch up last minute before going travelling for 12 months. Unfortunately one of the fans broke due to age. Rod managed to source a replacement part within 2 days (everywhere i looked had a lead time of 4 weeks at least) and got the laptop up and running again like new! Very friendly and knowledgeable chap who kept me informed throughout. I am honestly blown away by the service and couldn’t recommend him enough! Top bloke
More than happy with the service! Had to get an old laptop up and running to help with home-schooling during the lock-down. While a lot of places seem to be shut, Future Resources correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me a price to fix it, and less than 24 hours later had it up and running better than it was when new.
