If I’m able to give this place a negative star I would. Do not come here to purchase anything, they have the worst customer service and not professional at all. My husband went there today to purchase a phone case, brought it home and 2 hours later the ring on the back broke. He brought it back and asked the owner for any exchange the owner not only didn’t give him an exchange he acted hostile towards my husband. Mall security had to be called, and the owner then lied to the mall security that my husband was being rude to him it’s terrible you do not treat your customer like that i. I’d understand if we had used the case for a couple days or a week, but this was within 2 hours that the case broke any business should know that you should have some kind of warranty for your products.

Went to try phone repair service, it had zero damage so I was pretty sure there was a loose cable from a drop and I needed someone with the tools to open and check it out. Their employee didn’t even open the phone to try and help, they simply “guessed” it was a broken screen from “feeling” the phone turn on and said it will be $250 for new screen. I took phone somewhere else and they actually opened the phone up and re-connected the cable and gave it back to me free of charge. So I writing this warning others, do not trust this store for professional repairs.

M.K. was courteous, friendly and very helpful! Great experience at Future Tech at the Burlington Centre location. M.K. was able to replace my broken tempered glass screen shield in little to no time. The replacement tempered glass covers perfectly now on my Samsung S20 FE cellphone. My husband and I were also able to get new cases for our S20 FE cellphones that are so much better than what we had before.
