We visited Future Tech at 8:30 PM on Friday, August 16th, after a disappointing experience at another repair shop in the same mall, and I’m so glad we did. When we explained the issues we were having with my daughter’s iPhone SE (2020), the technician took the time to show us exactly what was wrong. The technician also noticed that a screw was missing and promptly replaced it.
