I am so glad I decided to go with G&R. Found them after a google search after reading some of their reviews. I was in a right state after my laptop was hacked. I went in Monday morning after a very stressful weekend worrying . I explained all to Gary and Jacob who reassured me all will be okay. Left the laptop with them and went back in the afternoon. All sorted. Following day I was still not sure about something and both Gary and Jacob could not do enough for me. Laptop now working as it should.
Both gave me some brilliant advice and would definably use them again

Have an old MAC which serves our needs very well but power button went. Loathed to get rid of what was an otherwise usable machine. Took to Gary and his team. Within 24 hours it was repaired – no need to go to costly extent of changing the power button – just needed a clean and whilst the back was off they cleaned the rest of the internals. Also sorted out that we could not update the MAC because it was connected to a defunct email address. They sorted whilst we were there. Can’t fault their service, honesty and price they charged us was much less than I expected and worth every penny. Thank you and well done. Keep up the good work

After my husband’s laptop was hacked and mine was attacked by viruses, we were at the door of G & R Computers within the hour. We received prompt, reassuring and effective service at a reasonable price. And we got our clean machines back the following day. It’s so refreshing to receive such brilliant service and we have been back since with minor issues, several of which have been sorted over the phone. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
