I had given my laptop to someone else who is located in Doncaster. I had some issues where I needed my hard drive formatting and the laptop also would not power on. I left in his hands for 3 weeks until I got a phone call saying he was unable to fix it. I collected the laptop and the same day I brought it in to G-TEK. I explained to the polite gentleman what the issues were. Less than 5 hours later I received a phone call saying they had fixed the issues and was able to collect it the same day. Very fast service from them and explains in detail of what they have done to resolve the problems. Thank you very much.

I could not be more delighted by the service from Shane at G Tek. I called in unannounced Monday morning to ask if they could replace the charging port on my iPad Pro. Certainly they could and I got a phone call a few hours later to say I could collect next day ; that’s a 24 hour turn round and the price believe me is excellent. I’ve taken apple products much further afield to get them repaired, fearing that no one locally had the expertise; I was wrong. I can highly recommend this company to you.

My sons switch wasn’t accepting any SD card. I phoned at 10am to check they could take a look, dropped it off at 11am and picked it up all working at around 2pm the same day.
