I needed a mobile phone charger and cable so popped into this shop. At first they seemed helpful but when I got home I realised they’d sold me the wrong charger and the cable didn’t fit. They replaced it with a charger so slow it was unusable. I ended up having to go back 3 times. They were really difficult – they make up prices on the spot, different staff tell you different prices, then when you take an item back you’re told the price you paid was wrong. Refused to give me a refund. Dreadful way to treat customers. Avoid.

Please avoid these scammers, they are worst so called human beings I’ve ever dealt with, insufferable people who would do anything to make money. It’s not worth buying any product from them because all their products are lowest quality there in the market, if you buy from ebay or any online shop would be much better and comes with warranty so you better not wasting your money in that shop, no matter what you gonna get from them it won’t last very long and
it would be complete waste of money

Do not shop here. This shop sells faulty products and is a sham. They refused to give me a receipt for a pair of headphones I bought and told me to come back another day for the receipt, and then when I tried to return the headphones as they didn’t work, they suggested first that I didn’t know how to use them, then that I’d broken them, and they refused to refund them. They are in breach of the consumer rights act. Avoid at all costs.
