I bought my father an IPhone as I thought it would be easier to navigate rather than the android Galaxy phone he had which was very confusing but we had to transfer the contacts which wasn’t straight forward.
Gadget staff was helpful but unable to transfer the details but their engineer who wasn’t in the store would have been able to.
The next visit to the store the engineer unfortunately wasn’t in but the kind staff did their magic. I was happy, my father ecstatic.
Very grateful to the guys for not giving up.

Took my Samsung A70 as the screen was smashed and frame was bent. Very good agent Athul was friendly and informative. Once repaired phone looked as good as new. The only thing i would question is, when i initially went into asked about the repair i was given a higher quote compared to the quote that was given to my son a few hours later! Apart from that i would definitely use their services again. Thanks again Athul for your wonderful customer service when I collected my phone.

I went in to gadget store today to get a memory card for my 3ds. It did not work first of all. The technician Alex helped by formatting the sd Card to the right format for me at no charge. All the staff was polite and helpful withe the situation.
