Brought my phone in to have a screen replacement. Great service. Polite, helpful, staff. Reasonable prices. Quick service. The repair was done to a high standard. Looks great and works much better now. They even put a screen protector on as part of the service. Great job thank you

Overcharged me to fix my phone, but I was in a rush to get it fixed, so I didn’t check other places. Since the repair, my battery life has been awful, and the back of my phone has started to come off. Paid cash, they wouldn’t take card and no receipt given to me.
My IPad had been ill repaired by another place in Chelmsford. The screen was hanging off. I took the IPad to the Gadget Club and they fixed it within 1 day. I was so pleased with the service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
