Very poor service, took my phone there for repair (29/06/24), apparently it was a connector issue to the motherboard, paid PS10 for diagnostics and a further PS20 to go ahead after the issue was identified. Upon receiving my phone, I asked what will happen if the same issue occurs, the gentleman said “He would fix it with no charge”. Two weeks later (09/07/24), the same issue occurred, took it back, I was then advised to pay a further PS120 but less PS30 I paid initially. I quoted the gentleman’s agreement he mentioned the last time, he then said as it’s a phone and with technology anything can happen. Luckily he refunded my PS30 and he said he was not comfortable repairing the phone, this was after keeping the phone for another 4 days with no courtesy call in that time to advise me of the next steps. Poor service all round and doesn’t deserve any stars.

I do not recommend this service for phones. I had a phone repaired by them on Sunday and today (Thursday) when I went to pick up the phone, the phone was not ready, it was still open. when I asked them for an explanation why my phone is not ready, one of the employees told me that their boss is on vacation, well if their boss is on vacation, does that mean that no one is working anymore or what? I had a very bad experience with them. I do not recommend .

Had the screen on a phone replaced with 3 weeks it’s not working & would not replace saying its been over used & scratched when told cover was not removed till this week started say the phone has been dropped which it had not so then said pressing of the screen caused it but its a touch screen so avoid must be using cheap products that break but charge a top price
