I recently had my iPad’s charging port fixed at this shop and was pleased with the quality of work. However, I had to deduct one star because of the miscommunication regarding the pick-up date. I was initially told that it would be ready next day, but it ended up being delayed until the 3rd day. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I would have appreciated if the shop had been more transparent about the expected timeline for the repair. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this shop to others, but I hope that they will work on improving their communication with customers in the future.

AVOID!! I gave a tablet to ask for the price to change the screen. When they said 95 Pounds, l said I didn’t want to get it repaired since it was expensive. They said okay come get it. Later they said they fixed it by accident without asking and forced me to pay 75. I will never come here again.

AVOID !!!! They are crooks in there asking for ask cash payment only. I payed PS50 for them not to have fixed my laptop and then to tell me that they don’t do refund even though they couldn’t do the job. I wish i saw t earlier reviews to avoid having to go through this.
