Do not waste your time going here! One of the most atrocious services I’ve ever wasted my money, time and energy on
I wanted a laptop repair which had a software issue which normally takes 1-3 hours according to Google and chatgpt and they took 5 days to give it to me. The price was very high and it took so long as they took it to a warehouse so if it ever gets lost you will never know. My laptop was fixed but damages were made on the laptop and it was given to me after several hours of wasting my time energy and money just collecting it and at such a high price where it would be cheaper at other places. Not only that they took 3 days to give it when stating it would take be given the next day 3 times. I had to come back 4 times to collect my laptop as they still didn’t have it in the shop. On Tuesday he said it would be given on Wednesday.On Wednesday he said it’d be 100% done on Thursday. On Thursday he said it would be there at 6pm and it wasn’t there on Friday meaning he blatantly lied about when it would come as I came on Friday and it wasn’t there so I had to wait 2 hours in Ashford just to wait for it to arrive. The price was so high for where it would cheaper at other places and they didnt care about the fact I had to keep coming back and kept lying and like a dog, I kept coming back to collect it where they still didn’t have it.
I know this was all done on purpose because he took advantage of the fact I was being extremely patient and respectful with him and now he’s replied lying about it saying he doesn’t know about this repair and i 110% know it’s this shop who done this.

Avoid completely, they don’t care at all and theyll end up wasting your time and there’s way better shops around Ashford who will offer you much better services that you’d be willing to pay for as this is a shop who should be paying the customers with the type of service they give.

It might be easy to use this review as an anomaly amongst the rest but please take it into account as I’ve spent a long time writing this and I don’t want anyone else recieving the horrible service I’ve received and wasting their valuable time, energy and money because of these people.
I don’t normally make any reviews but this had to be addressed and spoken about.
The photo is the dent they made with the laptop without any explanation why and some of the screws and rubber parts of the laptop are also missing. I feel like they done this on purpose to make a temporary fix so later the laptop software gets damaged again and I have to go back there just to fix it so they make more money off me again.
I took my phone in on Thursday the 15th of August which had broke, not turning on but the screen had no cracks in it, the person behind the counter told me it was most likely the battery, and that he would do a free diagnosis test to make sure it was 100% the battery, once he had done the diagnostics test, he told me that it was 100% the battery. When he handed my phone back in the bottom of the screen was a crack which goes the whole way up my screen and to both sides of the screen, when I mentioned it to him he made an excuse saying it was when he put it on the heat mat ect. He told me he would fix the screen free, but my problem was it wouldnt been a genuine apple screen. He told me he would look for one that night. When I went back on the Friday the 16th of August he told me that he couldn’t get a apple screen and refused to buy one and put one on my phone even though that’s what he broke, he also left the screws out the bottom of my phone either side of the Charing port which I had to go back that same day for him to put them back in it. And to make matters worse it wasn’t even the battery that was broken it was dust and debris in the Charging port, which I was told when I took the phone to I smash which they charged me PS10 to do, and this fella was going to charge me PS150 for a new battery when the battery wasn’t even damaged. SO NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE AS HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND WILL MOST LIKEY DAMAGE YOUR PHONE EVEN MORE AND REFUSE TO FIX IT.
I told the guy in the shop that I needed a replacement phone as mine was water damaged. He offered me two phones, one which he said was the same model as mine, and one which he said was newer. I bought the newer one and asked the guy to transfer my data onto the new phone. After more than an hour he still hadn’t managed to do it. When asked what the problem was, he said it’s because the WiFi in the shop is very slow, but he assured me that when I got home and connected to my WiFi all the data would transfer onto the new phone…….. of course it didn’t. The next day I took the phone to the IT department at work who confirmed that the phone I had been sold had 7 year old operating system and was not compatible with my previous 2 year old phone. I then took the phone back to the shop but was told they don’t do refunds. I explained that I had been misold and the phone was not fit for purpose, but the guy got mildly aggressive.
I pointed out a returns policy on the wall of the shop, but was told it didn’t apply to phones considering that the only other thing they sell is disposable vapes, I doubt many people are bringing back vapes within two weeks for a refund.
The good news is I raised a dispute with my bank, and after explaining the story, l was issued a full refund.
