Was recommended this business through a mutual, had a catastrophic RAM error that destroyed the hardware. After replacing it for me, PC ran into another system error which they also fixed free of charge. Employees kept me updated on progress through text and allowed me to take a look at the PC during repairs. Was in and out in 4 days despite the major repairs needed for PS60. I’m certainly a return customer, should I ever need it!
