Awful experience! Took my 55 inch TV to get the HDMI slots changed as currently faulty, I have called 6/7 times in the last 3 days since they’ve had it and no one can seem to give me an update, I have been promised a phone call back on 3 separate occasions and still not heard nothing back! The excuse was ‘we don’t usually do TV’s, but we will do them’ which is 3 days after I went into the shop, they told me they can do it so I dropped the TV off! Would stay well clear from this company as they highly lack communication and have been nothing but far from helpful! Would leave 0 stars if I could
Absolutely excellent service. The gentleman could not have been more helpful. Changed three sim card around in to phones. A simple job to some people but when you are not able to do it your self price less. Very high recommended. Thank you so much.
Had Apple Watch screen repaired. Personally thought it was beyond repair but they done an amazing job and kept me posted regarding the repair and of any delays. Great service and customer service.
