Just gonna say a brief story, but initially tried like 3 places in Bracknell, that told me that they couldn’t fix my laptop quickly and parts are hard to get, so finally arrived to this place who told me that not a traditional approach would be used, if I wouldn’t want to wait on the parts, but the fix would be done in 2 days time, however, after a day I got a call that it was more complicated and for my own laptop safety it would take 4 days, which was not what I was looking for. I was quite uneasy and unpleasant customer at the start, but in the end what I could do. However, I got the call the next day, that it is fixed. When the guy saw me being quite unhappy about it he literally stayed after working hours throughout the night to fix my laptop for the amount he said initially, which I found very sweet that he sacrificed his own time to have a happy customer. I mean that’s what I call dedication.. So all in all even after being quite rude to him, the guy kept his cool and was very professional about it, that made me come back to the same service when I needed it again. Great place, low prices, can go above and beyond for the customer, would recommended. Just don’t be rude like me when complications happen, in the end no one can predict everything.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I.had to bring my sons ps5 in as our toddler had manged to get on his desk and pour liquid into the ps5! Had little to no hope of getting this fixed. Took it in and Irfan was very helpful, it cost only PS20 to do a diagnostic and he managed to figure out it simply only needed a new fan in this case (he did attempt to clean original fab to no avail) all in all it cost way less then buying a new ps5 and wr have managed to save all his games and have a happy teenager again!! Took my S22+ in fearing it was smashed up beyond repair. Delighted to say it’s back working good as new! Not only has my phone been saved, but the level of service and value for money really impressed me. Far better experience than when I went to EE to get my screen repaired last year. Will be taking my laptop in for a charging port repair now that I know how trustworthy these guys are
