I spilled liquid on my laptop and took it to a shop for repair. The technician never provided an approximate quotation for the repair. Two days later, he called me, stating that certain parts were damaged and needed to be replaced. I agreed, but when I went to the shop the next day to ask for an invoice for the parts, he refused. I also asked him to return the damaged parts that he was going to replace, but he refused again and said he was not interested in repairing my laptop. He gave it back to me in the same condition I had given it to him, with all the liquid still solidified on the keyboard and screen. Moreover, he charged me PS20, claiming it was for the time he spent opening and diagnosing my laptop.
Avoid this place if you value your products and money.
They were so nice, especially since I had broken my phone a few minutes ago and it only took like 35 min to fix my phone. I was so grateful additionally to being extremely patient when it came to the payment.
