I’m based locally in Basingstoke and booked a repair for a smashed screen on my iPhone 6s plus. Mark emailed me back to say as I was local he could collect the phone which would save me the time and effort of having to organise the postage and would give a faster turnaround. Within an hour Mark had collected the phone and within 2 hours was dropping the phone back to me with the screen repaired. Fantastic customer service and saved me the frustration of being phone-less for a number of days!

My daughter had dropped her iPhone on concrete smashing the glass and creating a hole in the phone we were thinking PSPSPSPS’s. I thought the phone was dead. I decided to ring Gadget Wizards and within a day I was given back the broken phone all fixed like new at a very reasonable cost and time. Would definitely recommend them if you need any repairs done. Thanks a Great Job and one happy daughter.
Fitted a low quality screen which stopped working after 2 months. Appalling customer service, they were very unhelpful when trying to rectify the situation and have stopped returning messages.
