Rip off absolute rip off my husband paid PS70 to replace the hdmi port on our little boys ps5 it’s been plugged in and unplugged once it’s only been 10 days since it was fixed and no longer works, you can see the port is loose on the motherboard it wobbles, instead of looking he wants another PS70 the port is fine, nothing wrong at all no scratches, no pins damaged just bad workmanship I shall be letting others in the local community know

In response to the below, this clearly is not the case as there ia no physical damage, how you explained twice when you repaired once makes no sense, I won’t be taking you up on your PS40 offer, as i don’t trust your work or cuatomer care. There is no damage to the port you can clearly see that it hasn’t be soldered onto the motherboard correctly that’s why it’s loose and no longer works.

it has been un plugged once which I unplugged not my child (a kid is a goat!!!!!) Clearly your work isn’t sustainable it’s been 10 days not 10 months how many times do you think a person could unplug the hdmi cable in 10 days!!!! 10 days would offer some form of guarantee and you can see there is no damage, not 1 pin was out of place, the port was not stretched, nothing at all wrong except its loose on the motherboard, it wobbles!!! The cable fits in correctly and snug.

Maybe if you believed your customers especially when there is no damage there wouldn’t be so many negative reviews in the last few months

Took a phone into here Thursday PM and got the screen repaired, 2 days later screen has cracked whilst being used. Glue is all over the phone and bottom of the screen is hanging off. If you check Facebook reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened. Customer service was a disgrace and tried to charge again to fix it. Took it to another shop “fone world” – also their shop who told us to return and get a refund as it was a bad job and the speaker had been bent to fit the screen on. No refund given and broken phone. Do not use this shop, nothing but a scam!

Smashed screen on Moto G100 fixed for PS70. Screen is perfect again very happy with that. Couple of small complaints preventing 5 stars: Too much glue used to affix the screen, but it scraped off with my nail easily. The back of the phone has a small crack in it, likely from prying without fully softening the glue with enough heat. The back of the phone wasn’t fully glued on at the corners, fixed it myself with a touch of super glue however. Overall pleased with the repair.
