Hate to be a “Karen” and hate to give bad reviews but have dropped my laptop off a few times here and have never found a solution to any issues. I was happy to pay for upgrades – as this laptop is my work.

1: Dropped MacBook off with overheating: had it for 24 hours. No real solution just to do with storage and needed a clean apparently: PS50

2. Same issue. It’s to do with my iCloud images. Now I’m no IT technician but I know that’s not true. Nothing was done: PS25

3. 3 months later: my toddler spilt coffee on my keyboard and it was working but was adding symbols instead of numbers / trackpad was right clicking instead of the primary click. Even adding a usb keyboard and trackpad made no difference. Making me think it wasn’t a hardware issue. After I dropped it off, I called 4 hours later and they were non the wiser. Greeted with “It could be this. Or it could be this” things I could have said. My only solution was apparently paying 1200 for a new one. To then realise, he hasn’t even tried logging into the laptop himself!! So I picked it up!

To give you some idea, I took this to another store and it was fixed within 24 hours!

I’m pretty tech savvy but if my nan had this issue. She would be forced to pay for a new Mac. The bloke didn’t even look at it.

I was quite pleased with their service today. I was on holiday to come back to a broken laptop. All my number keys were stuck and not working. I could not even write my password to log in. This was very frustrating and it got worse as another shop kept my laptop for almost a week without fixing it after agreeing it over 6 pounds in repair. I walked in today and it took them less than five minutes to sort it out. I was given an external keyboard for twenty five pounds. Funny, I gave them a negative review a few weeks ago, but I think it is who you are dealing with at the shop. While Craig has always been very kind, smart and helpful another worker, who I did not see today and works there was less so in every sense. I was determined never to go back, but I am glad that I had to.

Took my young son up to this shop yesterday for a new phone. Could not recommend these guys highly enough. So pleasant an helpful….chatted to my son…gave him all the phones he wanted look at and try out.. explained everything…very through….extremely professional…would definitely return if I needed anything in the future..
