AVOID THIS PLACE!! Went in to get my charging port and battery replaced, they ended up damaging my old genuine apple screen’s LCD and started telling me that it was fine. After multiple back and forth arguing about how it was them that had damaged it and how my phone had never been touched by another repairer before they replaced the screen free of charge. The screen they replaced it with was sticking out in the bottom corner and was sticking about 2mm above the casing of the phone and didn’t have true tone. After telling them this they denied denied denied again and again until they decided to put the true tone third party screen on. When they did, the screen was still sticking out of the casing and still not sitting right on the corner and is a cheap third party screen from the colours and the quality of the screen. I explained to them that I would like a free repair if I found the screen was faulty after taking collection and giving payment and they denied saying that they only care that it is fine at the time of collection where I was being pressured into giving payment and not able to fully inspect the screen/repair. Not satisfied at all with the screen and it has ruined my use of the phone and would not have been an issue at all if the original screen wasn’t damaged by then during replacement of the other items. I am only giving this 2 stars because the charging port and battery are A* but the quality of repair and the customer service was horrendous and I will be paying another huge sum to get my phone repaired at apple/specialist company as I rely on my phone for photo editing where the quality of the screen is a big factor. The constant gaslighting and bullying/abuse of power was disgusting and I will never be using this company again along with telling friends and family to avoid.

I won’t recommend anyone to go there. I wanted to change the battery of my laptop as it was broken, when I brought my laptop to them it was working as I just needed to plug my charger to turn the laptop on . I came back a couple days after to see if my laptop was fixed and they made it worse. We couldn’t turn the screen on like before. They couldn’t tell me what was the issue. I went back to France to visit my family and I brought my laptop to the store where I brought it to see if they could fixe it and they told me it would cost me a lot of money as gadgetpro must have touch something and damage it while they try to change the battery.

Bring my laptop for battery replacement.Been charger PS80 with one month warranty on the battery .

After 5 month laptop stop charging battery bring laptop back to shop, ask them if they contact they suppler send me a new battery(they was given only 28 days warranty).They offer me to do again battery replacement for PS70(rip off).

I bought new battery on ebay for PS28 with 1 year warranty went to other computer repair shop payed PS15 to replace battery.

Owner replied was very rude towards my comment about his overpriced & quality .
