PS65 for phone screen repair during which they damaged my battery causing me to have to go (elsewhere) to fix it costing another PS35. No usage of the email I left to contact me despite opportunities for doing so arising causing longer waits.
Comment response: Huawei honor 9 lite last week. When the screen wasn’t actually in stock you could have emailed rather than waiting for me to return expecting a fixed phone.
I’m thrilled to have discovered this shop! While most places in Exeter only handle iPhone repairs, this gem of a shop can fix not only iPhones but also other non-Apple devices. The main staff’s expertise extends to laptops as well. Their meticulous work replacing my Android phone’s screen protector truly impressed me, and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to others!
Had a new battery fitted, it was rubbish ,so took it elsewhere to get another one and he said it was the original battery so it had never been changed.
Also went back to the shop and someone else was complaining of a similar issue and they were rude.
