Bad experience. I don’t recommend it. I gave my S20 Ultra to fix the noise, they said that there is issue in camera, we need to change it. I said will it be fine after that ? They said of course it will be fine but we need to order the camera that will cost PS40. I said okay order it. I gave half payment PS20 in advance after that they text me that bring your phone to the shop. I went there and left my mobile phone there then after some time, they called me and said even we replace the camera it will make the same sound. I said okay return my PS20, He said okay will return then again I went back to shop they denied to return full payment PS20 instead of that they just gave PS10. I didn’t said to order it by my choice you gave me the suggestion and I said yes. You would have told the same thing before giving you PS20 that it will make the same sound, I would have said directly no at that time and just to open the mobile and check they charged PS30 in total PS50. It’s not about the just PS10 , it’s all about how you served me and the owner was rude as well. After all bad experience, you wasted my time and money. I will never go back to this shop again neither I recommend to anyone.

I didn’t uttered not even single abusive word to anyone, you can check the CCTV Camera. I told what exactly happen to me. You can speak to anyone because I have not done anything wrong and I have the right to give the feedback for the service I took.

TL:DR – Phone repaired for a good price, good customer service and given a loan phone during repairs. However, not a “speedy repair time” as advertised and the loan phone is an old phone.

Whilst the customer service was good and they were happy to update me on the progress of my repairs (when I called them), I waited up to 3-4 days for a full diagnosis and repair.

I dropped my device off on Saturday afternoon (around 1 pm) and was told that I’d have a diagnosis by the end of the day, at the end of the day I come to check up on the diagnosis and they’ve only just begun working on my device. The next day I don’t receive any update whatsoever as the shop was closed, despite online saying the shop is open 7 days a week.

When Monday comes up, I’m told that they needed more time for diagnosis and repairs. Thankfully by Tuesday afternoon (around 2:30 pm) the repair had finally been completed.

Whilst the customer service is good, the repair time should be improved as it wasn’t really a “speedy repair” as they advertise.

I was facing issues with my HDD from past month. Went to gadgets fix and they did an amazing job. Got the quick diagnosis and fix. Must recommended for students
